Hollywood Opening
We launched Dream Hollywood, the West Coast flagship of New York-based lifestyle brand, Dream Hotels. Services included social media strategy, launch and execution, website launch and copywriting, campaign photography and production, architectural photography and production, event design and production, and strategic partnerships.
Launch Campaign
To unveil the Dream Hollywood brand, we worked with Gro Productions and NVE to create a short film telling the story of two young people fatefully meeting at the hotel to showcase the hotel offerings and design. Having a production team of over 100 people is a challenge at a hotel that is in operation, and fully occupied. Working closely with the hotel’s operations teams, we ensured that we captured all of our content, while being mindful of the guests and employees. We strategically worked with Be Social Agency to cast the female lead, influencer Sara Montazami, which amplified our campaign through her 100K+ social following. We oversaw the styling, props, and hair/makeup for the models and oversaw the delivery and post-production of all the final assets including: sponsored stories, Facebook carousel ads, Google display banners, in-room television channel, website and email.

Influencer Campaign
To celebrate its collaboration with Lincoln Motor Company, Dream Hollywood opened its doors to a select group of local influencers to get a behind-the-scenes preview of the hotel before its unveiling. We curated an exclusive list of local influencers and tastemakers in various industries including entertainment, music, and fashion and hosted a two-day escape to discover Los Angeles through the lens of the new Lincoln Continental, while also exploring the hotel. Activities included an intimate concert by Bob Moses and an influencer retreat at Malibu Wine Safari.

Social Media Management
To engage a more localized audience, we launched the Dream Hollywood Instagram and Facebook accounts to pay homage to a more LA-centric sensibility, versus our East-coast sister properties. Additionally, we planned out how we would amplify reach and continue to grow brand channels – Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube to help drive awareness, and ultimately revenue.

Prior to opening the hotel doors, we created the vision for the content, performed an audit of our local competitors and developed our brand voice. We created the brand positioning and messaging including our tone for copy, a list of approved hashtags, content distribution, posting-frequency, and preemptive legally approved responses to potential future issues. Once reviewed by stakeholders, we developed a 90-day editorial calendar as well as social ads on Facebook and Instagram, including the brand’s first sponsored stories, which drove significant traffic and revenue to our website.

Digital Marketing
To continue to grow transient business, we developed tactics to facilitate and expedite the booking process and ensure our digital channels always linked back to our website or offers page. Alongside the revenue team, we developed attractive offers promoted through other channels, such as email or social media to drive traffic, and ultimately conversions. We developed a prominent ticker on the upper area of the website to increase email sign-ups and promote our featured offers, which generated a 6% conversion rate (versus 1.5% in the rest of the site). *The following case study was completed under employment at Dream Hotels.
